Expected salary range of $137,700 to $153,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package th includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Plans, coordines, and supervises activities associed with the development and implemention of Constellion's Nuclear Clean Energy Center (CEC) simulor training programs. Coordines simulor maintenance and testing activities to ensure performance meets line management and regulory expections. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Provides functional direction for the planning and execution of the development, implemention, and evaluion of simulor testing-based on training programs needs in accordance with prescribed department procedures, regulions, and other requirements. Assures th the CEC simulor, reled training facilities, equipment, and merials adhere to required regulory and industry standards. Performs all administrive and managerial duties associed with supervision of the assigned functions. Oversees and verifies th simulors are current and incorpore relevant informion such as th gained from Institute of Nuclear Power Operions (INPO) and Constellion's Significant Opering Experience Reports, Nuclear Regulory Commission (NRC) bulletins, CEC design change and back-fit informion, nuclear unit procedure changes/revisions, new regulions, and training effectiveness reports. Provide coordinion for inter-group efforts to facilite completion of simulor work schedule. Administers contracts for simulor projects including needs assessment, bid specificion preparion, bid evaluion, and managing procured services. Develop stregies, forecasts, and plans to meet long-range projects to support simulor upgrades and modificions. Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects. Must achieve Senior Reactor Operor (SRO) certificion within 18 months of assuming the position. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualificions Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, educion, or training with 2 years of reled experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operor license or instructor SRO certificion with 2 years of reled experience OR Associe's degree in science, engineering, educion, or training with 4 years of reled experience OR High school diploma or GED and 6 years of reled experience OR Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examinion and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualificions Previous or current senior reactor operor license or instructor SRO certificion Previous training simulor experience Knowledge of and experience with the Systemic Approach to Training (SAT) Apply Now
