Able to safely lift and carry doors and construction materials
Comfortable using or learning basic hand and power tools
Able to follow directions and work as part of a two-person installation team
Professional and respectful when working inside customers' homes

This position includes driving company vehicles and delivering materials to job sites.
Applicants must:

Have a clean driving record with no major violations
Be comfortable driving company vans/trucks throughout Chicago and the North/Northwest suburbs
Be insurable under our commercial auto policy
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$24/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Full-time, year-round employment
Health insurance
Paid time off
Company vehicle provided for company deliveries
Paid on-the-job training
Monday–Friday schedule
Opportunity for increased pay and responsibility as skills develop
Opportunity to Grow
We are not necessarily looking for someone who already knows how to install doors. We are looking for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.
A successful employee can learn interior door and closet installation and take on additional responsibilities over time. There will also be opportunities to gain experience with kitchen and bathroom remodeling through our affiliated remodeling company.
If you're looking for a hands-on job where you can learn a skilled trade and grow with a company, we'd like to hear from you.
