Stable job with a small, dependable team We are a locally owned company looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our three-person maintenance team. We maintain several commercial businesses, rental properties, and residential properties in the Post Falls area. No maintenance experience is necessary. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning new skills, we will provide the training. This is a full-time, year-round position where no two days are the same. Job Duties Include: General building maintenance Landscaping and grounds maintenance Painting and remodeling projects Basic carpentry Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical repairs Equipment installation and repairs General upkeep of commercial and residential properties Assisting with a variety of maintenance and improvement projects Snow plowing and removel Most work is performed at our main commercial property in Post Falls, with occasional work at nearby residential rental properties and a vacation rental. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working with their hands Is dependable and shows up on time Is mechanically inclined and enjoys learning new skills Can work independently after training Takes pride in doing quality work Works well as part of a team Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal transportation Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen A company vehicle is provided for most work. Applicants should have reliable personal transportation for occasional travel between nearby company properties.
