What You’ll Actually Do (A Real Day in the Life) Morning team huddle (8am–5pm onsite) — Collaborative war room with 2-3 other sharp Prompt Engineers. No remote work. Client-facing magic (~25% of your week) — Onboard new clients on calls: map goals, visualize AI workflows, design step-by-step systems. Core super-power work — Craft killer initial prompts that launch entire custom apps/AI tools in Replit. Most projects take ~3 hours total (AI does the heavy coding). You’ll personally launch 8–12 brand-new pieces of software per week (~2 per day). Team brain trust — Bounce ideas in quick 5–10 minute sessions. You’ll touch 20–40 different projects daily while helping teammates and getting help back. Project ownership + light customer success — You own your projects end-to-end.
