These are used by mortgage and insurance companies to stay updated on properties they're involved with. Primarily looking for someone residing in a zip code starting with "770 or 773" (Houston metro/woodlands), "775" please apply as well. See attached photo for a generalized area needed (you wont need to cover all of this FYI) Perks include: 1. Freedom of your time. As long as the orders are done on time (generally given 4-5 days) and are done before 9pm and before sun down you are good. 2. potential for significant income. The work is paid by the order, most take 2 mins or less. 3. Nobody breathing down your neck. Unless you have orders going late or need help, you are left to just do your thing. 4. This can be for anybody who can drive and has a good demeanor.
