Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $24.40 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMS12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and when approprie, emergency response activities a front desk locion. Monitor the front desk area and help to address incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner. Verify identificion, screen visitors, issue temporary badges or credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with locion protocols. Answer phones, provide directions, and communice with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests while supporting security-reled operions. Observe entry points and reception activity, report concerns to the approprie personnel, and document security-reled events and/or policy violions as needed. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A ste, county, or city issued security-reled license is preferred. Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
