We’re looking for a Program Director for our Lahaina Clubhouse — someone who can lead with warmth, manage the energy of a busy Club, support staff and youth, and help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment each day. This role is part mentor, part program planner, part team leader, part calm-in-the-chaos, and part “let’s figure this out together.” You Might Be Our Person If You: • Believe youth do best when they feel safe, supported, encouraged, and seen • Can lead with both kindness and structure • Know how to manage group dynamics while building positive relationships • Bring flexibility, patience, and a good sense of humor • Are organized and dependable, but understand that youth come first • Enjoy working with a team that cares deeply about Maui’s youth and families What You’ll Do: • Plan and lead fun, meaningful programs that support leadership, education, wellness, life skills, creativity, good character, and citizenship • Create a safe, welcoming, and positive Club environment where youth want to be • Supervise youth, support behavior management, and guide youth with patience, consistency, and care • Help oversee daily operations, schedules, participation tracking, and program goals • Support and collaborate with Club staff, volunteers, families, and community partners • Assist with special events, activities, and the daily operations of the Clubhouse • Jump in where needed, including light cleaning and occasional Club van driving What You Bring: • Experience working with youth in a Club, school, camp, mentoring, coaching, recreation, or similar setting • Leadership skills and confidence managing groups of youth • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • A heart for service and a genuine belief in the potential of young people • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it • Degree or equivalent experience preferred Perks & Benefits: • $25/hour • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Sick leave, up to 80 hours per year • Vacation leave, up to 80 hours per year to start • 16 paid holidays each year, plus your birthday off • Paid vacation that grows with you — employees earn an additional week of vacation at 4, 7, 10, and 13 years of service • 401(k) with matching • Employee Assistance Program • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • A job that truly makes a difference Location: Lahaina Clubhouse – Lahaina, HI Applicants must live on Maui or be able to relocate before starting.
