The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.\r\nThis position offers an attractive salary of $140K plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.\r\n\r\nCommercial Relationship Manager responsibilities include:\r\n Growing and maintaining a commercial loan portfolio that conforms to the credit quality standards of the bank.\r\n\r\n Developing relationships with customers and serving as a resource for their banking needs.\r\n\r\n Working closely with retail bankers to develop client relationships and cross-selling products.\r\n\r\n Cross-selling of the Bank’s lending, depository, and Treasury Management products to new and existing bank clients.\r\n\r\n Evaluating loan requests, analyzing financial data, and determining the qualification of collateral and credit history.\r\n\r\n Developing and maintaining knowledge of internal, regulatory, and commercial guidelines.\r\n\r\n Formulating, supervising and implementing the annual Commercial and Retail Sales business plans for the division consistent with the goals and objectives of the bank.\r\n\r\n Ensure that an ongoing evaluation system is in place related to the goals and objectives set forth in the Commercial and Retail Sales business plan.\r\n\r\n Managing large or complex commercial loans as needed, and counseling loan customers on loan management and beneficial financial strategies.\r\n\r\n Providing training, motivation, and evaluation to staff in conjunction with the Human Resources Department of the Bank.\r\n\r\n Managing relationships with business banking clients by providing service and support.\r\n\r\n Delegating duties and responsibilities consistent with their goals and objectives, allowing achievement of those goals and objectives.\r\n\r\n Keeping abreast of economic trends, market conditions, and regulatory standards. Proactively assesses how changes may impact the Bank.\r\n\r\n Representing the Bank in community/economic development activities and initiatives.
