Job Description The print services position is responsible for providing quality printed materials for customers that require Print-On-Demand music, and any other professionally printed items. Responsible for keeping machines running by clearing jams, adding new paper stock, alerting print operators of situations they cannot rectify. Collect and gather all printed materials and match with job tickets. Monitor the print quality and ensure all components of a product are present before assembly. In an effort, to provide the highest level of customer service, all warehouse associates will be cross trained to be proficient in other basic warehouse functions, such as inventory maintenance, order fulfillment and quality control.
