40 hours per week A well-managed residential community in Fayetteville is looking for an experienced, reliable, and honest Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time role for someone who can work independently, problem-solve, and take pride in quality workmanship. 🔧 Responsibilities Complete daily maintenance work orders (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, general repairs) Handle unit turns: patching, painting, light carpentry, fixture installation Diagnose and repair basic appliance issues Maintain grounds and common areas Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required Communicate professionally with residents and management Follow safety standards and keep work areas clean Report supply needs and assist with ordering 🛠️ Requirements Residential or apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED Strong skills in plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, painting, and general repairs Ability to work independently and stay productive Strong work ethic and good judgment Must have reliable transportation Must pass background check Able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors HVAC certification is a plus but not required
