Join the few who can do it
Concrete construction is not for everyone. It is hard work—physically demanding, mentally challenging, and not for the faint of heart. But for those who can do it, it is a badge of honor. You will join a crew of workers proud to build what lasts. While others talk, we lay foundations, erect walls, and prepare the ground for entire communities to grow.
What You Will Do
- Hands-on concrete work: pouring, spreading, and finishing.
- Operate essential tools, equipment, and formwork for the trade.
- Support foremen and skilled tradespeople on active job sites.
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe.
- Report to work, rain or shine.
What You Need
- Physical strength and stamina: you’ll be lifting, bending, and moving throughout the day.
- Mental toughness: this job will test you—and that’s the point.
- Reliability: your team counts on you.
- Willingness to learn: we’ll train you, but you bring the drive.
- No experience required—just grit and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Get
- Membership in a team doing work most people cannot do.
- The opportunity to grow in one of the toughest and most respected trades.
- Competitive pay, stable schedule, and advancement opportunities. $50 weekly bonus for perfect attendance.
- The pride of driving past a building years from now and saying: "I helped build that."
