Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate rental scheduling Advantage Golf Cars is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help manage our sales, rental, and leasing operations. This position requires strong computer skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Manage daily golf car sales, rentals, and leasing transactions Navigate multiple dealer portals and inventory systems Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) Prepare quotes, invoices, and rental agreements Coordinate rental scheduling, deliveries, and returns Maintain accurate inventory of new and used golf cars Keep showroom and lot clean, organized, and presentable Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales Additional Duties Update and manage online listings (website, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Coordinate with service team on vehicle availability Track rental fleet usage and availability Assist with ordering inventory and accessories Handle basic administrative tasks (payments, invoicing, CRM updates) Support promotions, seasonal specials, and marketing efforts Requirements Strong computer skills (ability to learn multiple systems quickly) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without supervision Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license Our competitive compensation package includes: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Vacation and Personal Time Off Candidate must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
