We are seeking a general maintenance tech to assist with our various facilities, residences, and grounds which consists of approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of offices, warehouses, barns, residences and hundreds of acres of property to maintain, along with motor vehicles and motorized equipment. Applicants should be an all-around handyman who is reliable, hardworking and with a can-do attitude. Experience in plumbing, repair, and general building facilities maintenance a plus. Should be comfortable and willing to perform constantly varying tasks that includes running errands for the company and owners.
