Multifamily Experience Required Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Multi Family Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site -Run and Maintain Weekly sub meetings - Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes - Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or potential risks - Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review project plans and make necessary adjustments - Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and change orders - Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints -Implement Safety and quality guidelines, to include daily site safety walks - Hold weekly tailgate meeting Requirements Requirements: - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role (+10 years) - In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices - Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, P6 Primavera, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word - Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles - Experience with construction estimating software is a plus Benefits Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
