The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordine the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operion Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Full-Time: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Must have Armed Virginia DCJS License with firearm endorsement $24.08 / hr. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Be least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent Possess effective written and oral communicion and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigion and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws Display exceptional customer service and communicion skills Have intermedie computer skills to opere innovive, wireless technology client specific sites Ability to handle crisis situions the client site, calmly and efficiently Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) th require interpretion and action for effective business management Communices staffing needs to Operion Manager which may include using the Requisition process, assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candides Assures th officers receive approprie training, developing them in both technical and professional skills; also includes performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluions, recognition, etc.) Assures th employee grievances are heard with help from approprie branch or region HR support employees Able to:Work in various environments such as cold weher, rain/snow or he Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Apply Now
