Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Prol Driving Role in Leesburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Re: $25.00/ Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:30 AM - 05:30 PMTue07:30 AM - 05:30 PMWed07:30 AM - 05:30 PMThur07:30 AM - 05:30 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a government locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting concerns through approprie channels. Conduct regular and random prols around buildings, screening areas, entrances, and perimeter locions, with working environments and conditions th may vary by site. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and following post orders for restricted government areas. Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements, remaining prepared to respond to security-reled concerns and/or requests for assistance. Minimum Requirements: Have least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. A valid driver's license is required in the ste where the job is loced. Possess an armed guard card/license. Be least 21 years of age. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
