In this role, you will bring reliability, integrity, and teamwork to every shift while delivering responsive armed prol services in a dynamic public setting. Position Type: Part Time Pay Re: $20.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wh You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a government locion. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout assigned buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and screening areas, verify credentials and/or permitted entry, and assist with screening-reled procedures for visitors, employees, and contractors. Support post orders by maintaining a visible presence, following weapon handling protocols, and communicing clearly with supervisors, site personnel, and/or first responders during routine operions and emergency situions. Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card or license is required. A minimum of 6 months of armed security-reled, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required. Be least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and bon is preferred. Be least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participe in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
