This person works closely with our sales team to genere leads, qualify prospects, and provide product demonstrions. Your ability to clearly communice complex technical concepts will be essential to converting sales opportunities.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise in product demonstrions, customer presentions, and technical proposals.  Understand customer requirements and recommend approprie solutions by offering detailed product specificions, capabilities, and potential use cases.  Deliver technical presentions and product demonstrions to customers, explaining the value and benefits of the solution.  Collabore with sales teams to cree customized proposals, quotes, and contract documents th meet customer needs.  Develop and maintain strong relionships with customers, addressing technical questions and providing ongoing support.  Help tailor products to meet customer-specific needs and demonstre the integrion of products into their existing systems.  Train customers on the use of products, solutions, and troubleshooting as necessary.  Provide valuable feedback from customers to the engineering and product development teams to influence future product offerings.  Assist with post-sales support by helping customers with installion, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer sisfaction.  Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaborion, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety).  Performs other duties as assigned.  Qualificions: Educion / Training  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a reled technical field, or equivalent experience.  Work Experience / Skills  3+ years of HVAC sales engineering, estiming, or commercial project experience—especially with load calculions, duct, piping, or controls systems.  Deep understanding of HVAC system design, load calculions (e.g., Manual J/D), and interpreting mechanical drawings.  Proficiency with HVAC selection/design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Carrier HAP) and Microsoft Office/CRM plforms.  Strong aptitude for consultive selling, proposal generion, negotiion, and closing deals.  Clear communicor, both written and verbal, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Self-motived, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.  Willingness to travel (often 20–70%) for client meetings, site assessments, and events.  Valid driver’s license.  HVAC or controls certificions (NATE, LEED, etc.) a plus.  Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and energy efficiency programs.  Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable Ste and Federal laws.   Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.  Join Us: Today, there are 27 different companies th make up the CoolSys family of brands. Our valued employees are the heart of our continued growth and success.
