We are seeking an advanced Level 1 or solid Level 2 engineer who wants more than ticket closing. This role is for someone who wants exposure to real infrastructure, security architecture, and multi-site environments. What You Will Do • Provide onsite and remote support for business clients • Operate within ConnectWise and structured service processes • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments • Support WatchGuard firewall environments and VLAN-based networks • Assist with Intune and endpoint management deployments • Restore from backup and support disaster recovery processes • Participate in structured cabling and site fit-outs when required • Assist with national rollouts and multi-location deployments • Maintain clean documentation and disciplined ticket updates • Grow into increasing technical responsibility over time This is a hands-on role. You will be at client sites. You will rack equipment. You will configure firewalls. You will learn how real business IT works. What We Are Looking For • 3 to 6 years of IT support experience • Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge • Experience working inside business networks • Working knowledge of switching, basic routing, and VLAN concepts • WatchGuard experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management tools preferred • Ability to lift equipment and work in active deployment environments • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Certifications are welcome.
