This role will be working with our Global Clients team, which will require a high level of service. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while coordining with customers, stakeholders, and other trades. This role requires handling multiple construction projects simultaneously, each with unique timelines, requirements, and staffing needs.  Responsibilities:  Lead all phases of construction project management, from planning to closeout, using approprie methodologies. Develop key project documents including plans, scopes, schedules, charters, and SOWs. Construction site walks Cree sub-plans for communicion, quality, resources, procurement, and deployment. Coordining with other trades on construction sites Manage risks, issues, changes, reporting, communicions, finances, and performance metrics. Facilite and document change requests; adjust plans as needed. Align with resource managers regarding staffing and performance expections. Ensure quality control standards are implemented and followed. Participe in trade alignment meetings  Oversee project closeout and handoff to operions. Collabore with different departments to ensure successful project delivery. Track and report on key metrics, including customer sisfaction. Lead project deliverables from definition through execution. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Support other teams as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.   Requirements:  High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree and PMP certificion preferred 2–5 years of proven construction project management experience, ideally in electronic security  Experience leading projects in Da Centers  Working knowledge of electronic security systems such as access control, network switches, IP cameras, card readers, etc.  Proficient in project management principles, tools, and methodologies Skilled managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizional, time management, and tention-to-detail skills Effective communicor with strong verbal, written, and documention abilities Confident interacting with all management levels and leading teams Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities Strong interpersonal skills and team collaborion Proficient in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Valid, unrestricted ste driver’s license required   Securitas Technology Offers Comprehensive Benefits Including: Opportunity for annual merit pay increases Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Coverage Company Paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability 401K with 60% Mch up to 6% of salary Paid vacion, holiday, and sick time Educional Assistance Exceptional growth opportunities Employee discounts on travel, equipment, and more!
