We are currently seeking a Da Center Project Manager to serve as a technical resource within Amazon da centers. You will be part of a highly creive, efficient team tasked with tackling the most fascining and challenges in designing, building, and opering Amazon da facilities. The Project Manager is ultimely responsible for project oversight and review of all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural. A fundamental understanding of these systems is required, as the individual will be expected to identify areas for improvement as well as act on da provided from other team and organizions. Ideal candides will possess the ability to design, develop and deploy innovive solutions to address operional challenges. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. The scope of projects will include but not limited to the improvement of electrical, mechanical, fire detection and building automion system. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordinion, implemention, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company stregy, commitments and goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reled field - Experience carrying new design concepts through explorion, development, and into deployment or mass production - Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Opering Systems - Experience with power management and power monitoring systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management in da centers or comparable critical infrastructure experience - Knowledge of critical da center equipment - Knowledge of engineering documention, electrical diagrams and standard opering procedures - Knowledge of building codes and regulions including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA - Experience in project management in da centers or comparable critical infrastructure - Experience in Da Center Engineering Operions, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical da center infrastructure - Experience reading and interpreting construction specificions and drawings for all domains Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discrimine on the basis of protected veteran stus, disability, or other legally protected stus. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compension will be determined based on factors including experience, qualificions, and locion.
