As part of our outbound calling department, you'll play a critical role in connecting with prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointment for our sales executives. What You’ll Do Make Outbound Cold Calls to prospects daily — every conversation is a chance to sell the appointment. Present company value in a professional, engaging way. Overcome objections and build rapport quickly. Set qualified appointments in alignment with company KPIs. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Requirements Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or appointment setting. Strong communication and active listening skills. Self-motivated and able to meet performance targets. Comfortable working with scripts and call-tracking software. Resilient, coachable, and team-oriented.
