Gain experience in processing purchase orders and documents Established General Heavy Highway Construction Company located in West Palm Beach is seeking a Purchasing Agent willing to learn and wanting to work. Pay is based on experience. Job Description: *Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with Company Policy & Procedure. *Obtain vendor confirmations, verify pricing and quantities follow up with vendors to correct issues, attaches confirmations to POs, and manages confirmations record. Performs all purchase transactions. *Organize and stock inventory room *Negotiate the best price from vendors in terms of price, quality and how quickly needed. *Generate PM Service Report and pull all associate filters Requirements: · Must pass Drug Test · Able to operate Forklift · Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted · Must be at least 21 years of age Mechanic knowledge is a PLUS Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
