Send communicions cross functionally with technical and management teams to minimize production impact and improve reliability, under direct guidance. Follow processes to maintain custom dabases and computerized maintenance management system to support specific work projects and processes. Follow established instructions to work with vendors for quotes and perform basic communicion with contractors for planned work. Solve basic issues with minimal supervision, while escaling more complex issues to approprie staff and engage in continuous improvement planning to enhance on time performance of technical activities. Follow general instructions to stock to replenish inventory. Follow directions to issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, merials, equipment and other items. Maintain accure inventory of tools and parts by following procedures, entering transactions in the system for new inventory and issuances and returns to departments. Assist with performing cycle counts of the parts room and review necessary adjustments with maintenance planner for approval. May prepare tool kits per kit work orders under direct guidance. May support maintenance team during maintenance activities. Other duties as assigned Wh You Will Need: Must be eligible to work in the United Stes without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communice in English (verbal/written) Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodion Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include he, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in eleved areas (4 feet and above) Demonstred professionalism through written and verbal communicion skills Mechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial maintenance environment Demonstred problem-solving and time management skills Experience utilizing precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, etc. Demonstred mhemical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft programs, Outlook, Word, Excel Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice Wh Will Put You Ahead: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP Experience designing equipment layout for proper plant maintenance and operion Experience with maintenance planning processes Experience with predictive technology Ability to understand and communice in Spanish (verbal/written).
