Work on active projects with the operations team 🛠️ Job Description: We are seeking a Low-Voltage Operations Technician with experience in CCTV, access control systems, and IT technical support. The role involves installation, configuration, and support of security and network systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues onsite. 💰 Initial Compensation: Starts at $18/hour, depending on experience 📍 Location: Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and West Palm Beach 🕘 Onsite work | Project-based and ticket-based assignments ✅ Technical Requirements: Knowledge of structured cabling: coaxial, RJ45, fiber optic. Installation and configuration of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs). Installation and programming of access control systems (intercoms, smart locks, ZKTeco, Kantech, etc.). IT technical support for Windows and Mac. Diagnosis of electronic and network faults. Ability to interpret technical documentation. Adaptability, organization, and proactivity in fieldwork. 📌 General Responsibilities Perform installation and maintenance tasks per established protocols. Conduct onsite testing, configuration, and validation. Maintain effective communication with the operations team. Document progress and report incidents.
