Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety guidelines - Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment - Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering of supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines - Assist with menu planning and development Experience: - Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
