This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the operion for a high-volume Le-Night food court. You should demonstre knowledge of food safety protocol, quality standards and strong organizional skills. You will focus on guest sisfaction, labor management, recruitment and development of staff, food ordering and menu management systems, while driving revenue through marketing initiives. Through strong interpersonal skills, you will develop and maintain client relionships and guest loyalty. You will leverage systems to proactively seek out feedback to meet and exceed expections, as a manager who is always looking to evolve and improve upon the existing program.
