We’re hiring a Operations Manager to manage a small moving supply facility within a larger gated warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership without managing a large team. This is a one-person role responsible for shipping/receiving, inventory, forklift operation, and customer support. What You’ll Do Load and unload moving supply products Operate a pallet jack and sit-down forklift Manage inventory and keep the space organized Assist customers with orders and product questions Handle basic computer work (order processing, tracking, emails) Keep the operation running smoothly day to day Receive and organize incoming product Pick and prepare orders for customers Keep work area clean and safe What We’re Looking For Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience Comfortable working independently in a small facility Customer-service mindset and strong communication Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained/certified) Familiarity with moving and storage products is a plus 3–5 years warehouse or logistics experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Why This Role Is Different Small, manageable operation (7,500 sq. ft.)
