Opportunity for a highly organized and mechanically inclined leader About the Ranch Adama Acres Ranch is an 800-acre ranch and agritourism property featuring exotic animals, livestock, vacation rentals, ATV tours, ponds, equipment operations, and ongoing ranch development projects. We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Ranch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help lead the continued growth of the property. Position Overview The Farm/Ranch Manager will be responsible for overseeing ranch operations, employees, contractors, animal care, property maintenance, guest experiences, and equipment management. This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. We are preferably seeking someone local to the area, but housing on the property may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Manage and oversee daily ranch operations across the 800-acre property * Supervise ranch employees, maintenance staff, and outside contractors * Ensure proper care, feeding, and monitoring of livestock and exotic animals * Operate and maintain tractors, skid steers, UTVs, trailers, fencing equipment, and ranch tools * Coordinate property maintenance including fencing, roads, ponds, landscaping, and buildings * Oversee vacation rental readiness, cleanliness, and guest experience * Help manage ATV tours, hay rides, and other ranch activities * Monitor inventory, feed supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and ranch materials * Identify problems proactively and ensure projects are completed without constant oversight * Assist ownership with planning, scheduling, and improving ranch systems and operations * Maintain a safe and professional environment for guests, staff, and animals Qualifications * Prior ranch, farm, agricultural, or large property management experience preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage teams and hold employees accountable * Experience operating tractors and heavy equipment * Comfortable working around livestock and exotic animals * Mechanically inclined and capable of handling basic repairs and maintenance * Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities * Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions * Must be dependable, organized, and trustworthy
