This role spends most of the time on job sites managing and overseeing all facets of a construction project from start to finish. On the east coast, Tidal operates from West Palm Beach south to Miami and on the west coast of Florida in Tampa. The superintendent is responsible for the overall safety, schedule, quality, and management of on-site field activities for each construction project (ranging from $2M to $10M) for which they are assigned.
