Train and mentor crew members Sharpe's Outdoor Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead crews on high-end residential and commercial landscape projects throughout Livingston County and the surrounding area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, keeps projects moving efficiently, and leads by example. Compensation: • $25-$35+ per hour based on experience • Overtime available • Company truck provided during work hours • Performance-based bonuses • Advancement opportunities Responsibilities: • Lead and manage landscape installation crews • Coordinate daily jobsite activities and production goals • Read and execute landscape plans • Operate equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and related machinery • Install landscaping, hardscaping, grading, drainage, sod, plant material, and outdoor living features • Ensure projects meet company quality standards • Train and mentor crew members • Communicate with management and customers professionally Qualifications: • Previous landscape foreman or crew leader experience • Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices • Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to operate landscape equipment safely • Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented About Us: Sharpe's Outdoor Services is an award-winning Livingston County landscape company specializing in premium outdoor environments.
