Long-term career with growth potential Material Handling Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Overtime Available | Pay- DOE We are seeking a motivated individual to join our industrial chiller manufacturing team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Job duties would consist of maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations through system updates, reconciliation, and material processing. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update inventory records in ERP system, including part numbers, descriptions, locations, and quantities. - Reconcile system inventory with physical inventory and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy. - Assist with receiving & putting away incoming shipments and ensure item receipts are entered correctly. - Provide part number and inventory information to warehouse, production & administrative staff as needed. - Ensure inventory and bins are clearly labeled and organized, including overstock, backroom & exterior storage areas. - Process Parts Department orders through the Material Queue and prepare materials for shipment with required paperwork. - Move and reorganize inventory as needed to support workflow efficiencies and space utilization. - Assist department leads with identifying, organizing & consolidating inventory within their areas. - Create and maintain basic inventory management documentation and procedures. - Forklift certified would be preferred Schedule & Pay; - Full-time, 40 hours per week - Overtime opportunities available - Competitive pay DOE Benefits; - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with up to 6% company match - Full benefits package for full‑time employees Career Growth; We’re a growing manufacturer with plenty of opportunities to learn and advance.
