ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ● Communicating with printer operators on work heading out to the finishing end of the department. ● Prioritizing work that has to ship out the door. ● Looks over artwork with product making sure everything was printed and panels are tiled correctly. Final quality control! ● Cuts out printed products using a straight edge and utility knife, applies premask when needed, and labels panels for installers to match up. ● Rolls up and packages finished product preparing to be shipped. ● Takes out garbage during and at the end of every shift in the finishing area. ● Keeping cutting and shipping area clean maintaining a safe work area. REQUIREMENTS: Positive Attitude. Must have an eye for detail and good hand eye coordination. Must be mechanically inclined, with good communication, and mathematical skills. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. High level of organization. Continuous bending, lifting, and pulling. Ability to work between multiple tasks at a time. Ability to perform intricate cutting around images using an X-Acto Knife and Utility Knife.
