Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Prepare simple food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean dining area through bussing and sanitation duties. Assist in food preparation when necessary, following proper safety protocols. Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety standards. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies to provide informed recommendations to guests. Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
