Maintain a clean and compliant retail environment Job Title: Budtender (Part-Time & Full-Time) Location: [Twenty After Four Wellness], [Eugene, OR] Pay: Starting at $16/hour Schedule: Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Job Description We are looking for friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Budtenders to join our team. Budtenders are responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping customers select cannabis products that best fit their needs. This role involves product education, sales, and maintaining a clean and compliant retail environment. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner Educate customers about cannabis products including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Process sales using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately Verify customer IDs and ensure all sales comply with state regulations Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and display areas Restock inventory and assist with daily opening and closing duties Stay informed about new products, strains, and promotions Requirements: Must be 21 years or older Valid OLCC Cannabis Worker Permit is required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable and punctual Preferred Qualifications: Previous cannabis retail or budtender experience Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and effects Retail or customer service experience How to Apply: Submit your resume and a short introduction explaining why you would be a good fit for the role.
