Engage in diverse kitchen responsibilities We're hiring Crew Members for our Eugene location We are seeking to add to our team at our Eugene location 20-30hrs a week/5 nights a week (Mids/closing 12p-8pm or 4 -10p. Closing time varies on time due to days of the week/locations If you’ve got kitchen experience, love working as part of a team, and bring positive energy + fresh ideas to the table — we want to meet you. PM shifts and Weekend availability (at least one day) required. Crew Member Role Crew Members are the backbone of our team — supporting all stations during shifts including cooking, plating, prep, cleaning, stocking, and delivering food. You’ll help maintain food quality, cleanliness, organization, and outstanding customer service while communicating effectively with leadership. What we’re looking for: • Ability to cook, prep, plate, and follow recipes accurately • Maintain cleanliness + complete daily/shift checklists • Stock, rotate (FIFO), and organize products • Lift up to 50 lbs & work in hot/cold environments • Read POS + paper tickets • Problem solve and work efficiently during busy shifts • Maintain portion & quality standards • Support teammates in a positive, encouraging way • Follow all health & safety standards This is one of the most vital roles in our business— we’re looking for reliable, motivated team players ready to grow with us.
