Sales Development Representative (SDR) About Mars Method Solutions: Mars Method Solutions is a fast growing digital growth systems agency helping local businesses scale through SEO, digital marketing, website development and automation. We help local service businesses get to the first page of Google within 90 days — or their money back. About the Role: We are looking for a personable, relationship driven and emotionally intelligent Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact between Mars Method Solutions and potential clients. Your primary responsibility is getting on the phone with local business owners, building genuine connections and generating interest in our services. Everything is handled for you — we provide the leads, the scripts and the training. Your one job is to be a great voice on the phone. What You'll Be Doing: Making 60-100 outbound calls per day to local business owners Building authentic relationships with business owners and decision makers Having natural genuine conversations that educate prospects on the impact of their Google rankings Setting up appointments and discovery calls Following up warmly with leads and maintaining consistent communication Navigating objections with empathy and confidence What We're Looking For: A natural communicator who connects with people easily over the phone Someone who is warm, personable and genuinely cares about helping others Emotionally intelligent with strong active listening skills Ability to stay persistent, positive and motivated through rejection Someone who is ambitious and eager to grow personally and professionally Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, teaching or communications is a plus Sales experience is not required — we will train the right person Our Hiring Process: Initial interview conducted via Zoom Comprehensive training period provided remotely through Zoom Trial run period to ensure mutual fit before full commitment We invest in the right person — if you're the right fit we will make sure you have everything you need to succeed Compensation & Schedule: Base Pay: $10 per hour Commission: $100 bonus for every closed deal you generate Daily Goal: 60-100 outbound calls per day Core Calling Hours: 9AM - 5PM in the target market's time zone Best Times to Call: Mid morning 9AM-11AM and early afternoon 1PM-3PM Highest Performing Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday The earning potential here is real — every closed deal puts an extra $100 directly in your pocket on top of your hourly pay. This is a role where your effort directly determines your income.
