(an interior home remodeling business) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, personable individual with strong multitasking skills to join our team as a full-time Office Manager!! We are seeking a responsible individual who is organized, articulate on the phone, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment. Responsibilities of the position include answering phones, scheduling and sending out estimates/invoices, filing documents, managing bill pay, providing customer service (over the phone and online), and light cleaning. This a full-time, W2 position with a starting rate of $15/hour with major holidays (5) paid. Of note, there are no additional benefits (health insurance, etc.). References required. Duties Coordinate and schedule bid appointments Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email Coordinate and pay monthly bills Maintain office/warehouse space including supplies and light cleaning Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records (Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks) Coordinate with work crews and third-party vendors through phone and electronic correspondence Qualifications Previous experience in office management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in office software applications Google Docs & Microsoft Office Suite (ideally Quickbooks as well) Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems (filing, record keeping, etc.) Professional phone etiquette and communication skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
