Summary: Ebenezer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee the overall maintenance of a senior cooperative building. Highlights: 1. Responsible for overall building maintenance 2. Opportunity to work in a senior cooperative setting Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative at Gramercy Park Cooperative of Duluth in Duluth, MN! This position will be responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building. This maintenance tech schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks Full time; Day shift On-call for after hour emergencies Required Qualifications: ∙ One to three years of previous experience ∙ Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook ∙ Drivers License Preferred Qualifications: ∙ Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related ∙ Three to five years of previous experience For full job description go to www.ebenezercares.org/careers.
