Job Summary As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing various administrative tasks. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly! What You’ll Do Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for our recruiting team. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Support other administrative functions as needed to help our team thrive. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and a knack for multitasking. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Requirements Basic Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative experience is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Benefits 20 hours per week flexible schedule to be agreed upon within the time frame of Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 5:00pm $12.00-$14.00 per hour DOE
