Summary: Seeking an individual for general home and yard maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, using power tools, and lifting items as needed. Highlights: 1. General home and yard maintenance 2. Basic house repair skills 3. Assisting with various tasks as they arise I am looking for someone with basic house repair skills & punching out a "honey-do" list. You need to know how to use basic power tools (if needed), change a ceiling light (if needed), help with yard work, sometimes lift heavy items, and other things as they come up. Must have own transportation & provide a Real ID. I prefer someone in the Enterprise area. $20.Hr. No smoking or Vaping while working on the property.
