This role is responsible for field operations, recruiting, retail partner relationships, warehouse oversight, and team leadership across both markets. The General Manager will split time between office, warehouse, retail locations, and customer job sites to ensure operational excellence and consistent service delivery. This is a working GM role for a leader who is comfortable being present in the business, not managing solely from behind a desk.
