We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Manager to oversee in-store inventory and financial tracking across multiple California locations. Role Summary The Store Operations & Inventory Manager will manage inventory accuracy, monitor cash flow, oversee daily operational procedures, and conduct routine audits. This is an in-person role based in San Jose with regular travel to Oakland and occasional, minor travel to Los Angeles. Reliable transportation is required. Key Responsibilities ● Manage daily inventory counts, stock levels, and product transfers ● Track and reconcile daily sales, deposits, and cash handling ● Maintain accurate logs, register reports, and financial documentation ● Conduct weekly audits in San Jose and Oakland ● Improve inventory control procedures and operational workflows ● Train staff on inventory/operational systems ● Ensure store compliance, organization, and security Required Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar) ● 2+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, bookkeeping, or leadership ● Strong spreadsheet, POS, and tech-system skills ● Excellent accuracy, organization, and reliability ● Able to handle sensitive financial information with discretion ● Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (required for travel to Oakland & Los Angeles) Preferred Qualifications ● Retail POS or inventory software experience ● Accounting or financial reporting background ● Workflow/operations improvement experience ● Bilingual (plus, not required) Schedule & Compensation ● Full-time ● Competitive compensation (SALARY $1200 per week 5-6 days) ● Travel reimbursement How to Apply Send your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you’re a strong fit for the team.
