Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $26.71 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site policies and security-related requirements. Support site operations by communicating with personnel, assisting with directions and inquiries, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other assigned documentation. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
