Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Downstream Process Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Solomon benchmarking methodologies and performance analysis to join our Operion Engineering Solutions Department (OESD). OESD provides specialized and timely operions and process engineering support to all process technologies opered in both wholly-owned and affilies' refining and chemicals opering facilities, collectively known as Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing. Your primary role is to provide technical expertise in conducting benchmarking, analyzing performances, and implementing improvements for Global Manufacturing assets using Solomon performance metrics. This role is crucial in supporting and overseeing the performances of Saudi Aramco's global manufacturing assets. You will use your expertise to drive performance enhancements by identifying and closing gaps discovered through the benchmarking process. Key Responsibilities As the successful candide you will be required to perform the following: Coordine and lead the administrion of Solomon benchmarking studies, ensuring relevance and accuracy for Global Manufacturing facilities. Personally, conduct on-site da collection, verificion, and quality review during Solomon benchmarking in Global Manufacturing Affilies' facilities. Analyze and interpret Solomon benchmarking results to ascertain the competitive positions of Global Manufacturing facilities in the industry. Develop comprehensive reports documenting findings and actionable recommendions for presention to Global Manufacturing management and affilies. Lead the planning, development, and execution of solutions to bridge identified performance gaps, demonstring measurable improvements. Formule and implement expense/margin optimizion plans to maximize financial performance of Global Manufacturing Affilies' facilities. Work directly with affilies' facilities to establish performance targets and measure progress using Solomon metrics. Assess and quantify the future impact of planned capital improvements and modificions on Solomon benchmarking metrics. Develop and present regular performance benchmarking reports capturing the Solomon metrics for all Global Manufacturing affilies' facilities. Mentor junior team members in Solomon benchmarking methodologies and best practices. Minimum Requirements You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or reled specializion. An advanced degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 15 years of total practical refinery process units experience, with least 7 years of hands-on, specialized experience in Solomon benchmarking and analysis of associed metrics in refinery settings. You will have demonstred ability to apply Solomon benchmarking methodologies to drive tangible improvements in plant performance. In-depth working knowledge of refinery industry process plant characteristics and operions is essential. Proven ability to facilite technical discussions and influence various stakeholders, including senior management. Advanced proficiency in da analysis and visualizion tools specific to Solomon benchmarking (please specify tools in your applicion).
