Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Part-Time and Full-Time available Shifts Available Day Shift (6a - 2p) Assisted Living PT - Wednesday and Friday and every other Surday and Sunday Memory Care FT - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Surday Evening Shift (2p - 10p) Memory Care every Friday and Surday Assisted Living  FT - Every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Surday  PT - Every other Weekend (Surday and Sunday) PT - Every Surday Overnight Shift (10p - 6a) Memory Care every other Surday and Sunday Assisted Living FT - Sunday thru Wednesday and Friday PT - Every Surday Responsibilities Spread Joy: Brighten our clients' days with your infectious enthusiasm and positive titude.
