Primary Purpose of Position Maintain the overall responsibility for the Fix-It-Now (FIN) Team and the FIN Team's work to ensure th the Clean Energy Center (CEC) is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and standards. Primary Duties and Accountabilities Supervises and provides guidance and direction to FIN Team Planner, and work crews. Responsible for the design and implemention of policies and procedures to the FIN Team. Informs and consults the Work Week Manager, Shift Supervisors, and Field Supervisors on significant problems and to facilite operions support, when required. Approves return of work via the Work Week Management process th could not be accomplished by the FIN Team. Conducts annual reviews of the FIN Team and reviews work order backlog. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. Minimum Qualificions Bachelor's degree with 5 years of reled experience OR Current or previous Senior Reactor Operor license with 5 years of reled experience OR Associe's degree with 7 years of reled experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of reled experience Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examinion and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualificions Previous supervisory experience Apply Now
