We are a dedicated, tight-knit team with the goal of providing excellent products and support to our customers in the niche industry of rotor casting. Check out our website: https://www.genergymfg.com/ Responsibilities The Office Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: Administrative Management: Overseeing general office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files, records, and office supplies. Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, email, and phone calls. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for staff and executives. Acting as the point of contact for external vendors and service providers. Managing and coordinating office maintenance and repairs at our facility. Financial & Accounting (QuickBooks): Managing all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes within QuickBooks. Reconciling bank and credit card statements. Processing payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records. Generating financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for management review. Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses. Human Resources Support: Onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files. Assisting personnel with benefits administration and enrollment. Coordinating staff events and team-building activities, such as the quarterly planning meeting. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. MUST have significant, demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. A proactive and problem-solving approach with strong decision-making skills. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
