Job Description
Allied Universal® is hiring a Lobby Supervisor. The Lobby Supervisor is responsible for the management/supervision of Lobby Receptionist personnel, providing security access control measures via lobbies, badging and special events for multiple sites for a high-profile customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordine the delivery of quality services to the client. Act as a liaison between customer, Account Manager, and lobby receptionists; supervise lobby staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
Supervise day-do-day operions the site for Lobbies, Badge & ID, Visitor Centers, and Large Events
Enforce Allied Universal policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos
Assist the Account Manager in identifying, meeting, and exceeding the needs of the customer
Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime
Coordine and/or conduct site-specific on-the-job training (OJT), client specific training, and annual refresher training for lobby personnel
Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized the account, maintaining approprie inventories and maintenance checklists
Communice staffing needs to the Account Manager or to recruiters via Requisition Form, assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candides
Assure th lobby personnel receive approprie training, developing them in both technical and professional skills; also includes performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluions, recognition, etc.)
Assist with the communicion of policies, company announcements and job openings
Perform other operions and reled functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparion of security surveys and post orders)
Respond to client requests
Make emergency notificions as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
Provide direction and instruction to subordines regarding the performance of their duties
Disciplinary action/commendion decisions pertaining to security personnel
Make productivity and cost reduction recommendions to management
Make recommendions for physical security surveys, job safety analysis and post orders
Make recommendions concerning disciplinary action/commendion decisions pertaining to security personnel assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment
Must possess, or be able to obtain, a SECRET clearance with the Department of Defense
Minimum one (1) year of experience in security, law enforcement or military service
Must possess one or more of the following:
Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or Nional Guard
Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-reled industry
Be able to opere radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Demonstred ability to interact cordially and communice with the public
Effective oral and written communicion skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of one or more of the following:
Service in Military Occupional Specialty reled to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, comb arms) or any support role in a Comb Zone
Gradue of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice reled studies
A minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
Associe's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
