We are looking for a well seasoned experienced apartment leasing agent, who knows all of the ins and outs of the apartment leasing industry. If you are outgoing and love to work with people, then this is your job for you. This job requires lots of follow ups, phone calls, and in person tours of our apartments at our apartment community. Must be a great sales person and be able to get signed leases on the spot. Must be dependable and reliable, and willing to work to be successful. If you are sensitive and don’t work well under pressure then this is probably not the job for you. We are very busy and there are several people we employee that are all working on their own prospects and leases. It’s a very competitive office but a solid team atmosphere everyone has each other’s backs. We have had several people who have worked for us for many years and we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term position. We are not going to sell our apartments. We have built them and operated them for over 40 years. They’re all in great shape and well taken care of and we have lots of amenities to sell to prospects who are interested.
